Azithromycin eye drop (Zaha eye drop)
Azithromycin eye drop is used to treat bacterial infections of the nose, throat, chest, ear, skin, soft tissues, and s**ually transmitted genitourinary infections. The dosage or how often the Azithromycin eye drop is taken depends upon a person’a age, weight, the condition that is being treated, other medical conditions and also how a person reacts to the first dose of the Zaha eye drop.
Azithromycin belongs to a class of medications called macrolide Antibiotics. Azithromycin eye drop works by killing bacteria by preventing them from reproducing and repairing themselves.
Loose motions, fatigue, sensation of pins and needles or numbness, abnormal blood counts., joint pain, abdominal pain, lack of appetite, urge to vomit, stomach pain or cramps, skin rashes and itching, dizziness, gas, headache, problems digesting your food, altered taste sensation, weakness
• Do not take Zaha eye drop if you are allergic to azithromycin, erythromycin or any macrolide or ketolide antibiotic or to any of the other ingredients of this medicine.
• Do not take any antacids containing magnesium or aluminium for up to 2 hours before and after taking this drug.
• Consult your doctor before taking this drug if you are pregnant.
• Do not take this medicine if you are breast feeding.
